Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the exclusive HR representative in Brazil, with plans to establish and lead a local HR team.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and industry standards.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Create and enforce HR policies aligned with the company's mission and values.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and up-to-date HR databases.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to establish and guide payroll processes.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues and conduct internal investigations as needed.
  • Analyze HR data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct compensation analyses and develop supporting business cases.
  • Ensure the HR information system is accurate and well-maintained.
  • Facilitate effective communication across HR, Operations, and other departments.
Essential Skills & Qualifications – HR Manager
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English, with strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven success in designing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Thorough knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are a plus.
