Conduct the Talent Acquisition processes for regional teams to support business results.

Develop initiatives to improve TA management across LATAM subsidiaries.

Implement Learning & Development initiatives to enhance regional capabilities.

Participate in HR activities aligned with LATAM HR strategy and plans.

Experience

• Solid experience in Talent Acquisition across various levels and areas.
• Strategy development for attracting top talent.
• Experience conducting interviews in English.
• Monitoring and reporting on Talent Acquisition KPIs.
• Experience as HR Business Partner is a plus.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition for LATAM positions in various functions.
• Discuss job profiles and organizational structures with leaders.
• Define candidate search strategies per role.
• Collaborate with recruiting agencies as needed.
• Monitor and report TA KPIs to top management.
• Create plans to source and present top candidates.
• Keep stakeholders informed throughout the selection process.
• Conduct interviews and provide HR insights to leaders.
• Identify internal talent for open roles.
• Support HR teams in LATAM subsidiaries to ensure effective TA management.
• Develop L&D initiatives for subsidiaries, focusing on key capabilities.
• Collaborate proactively on LATAM HR initiatives annually planned.
