Job Overview

Join us as an agile and impact-driven HR Business Partner , where you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business goals. You’ll partner closely with leadership to implement initiatives that drive talent development, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in strategic HR, thrives in dynamic environments, and is passionate about delivering innovative, data-driven people solutions that challenge the status quo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Translate business needs into actionable HR plans that drive performance and growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to leadership teams.
  • Talent Management & Development
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead performance management processes and support the implementation of development plans.
  • Identify training needs and support learning initiatives aligned with business priorities.
  • Design and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when needed.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Manage complex employee relations matters with a proactive and consultative approach.
  • Provide guidance on labor consultancy, union agreements, and local employment legislation.
  • Handle labor claims and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.

HR Operations & Analytics

  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, hiring trends) to identify insights and recommend actions.
  • Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal compliance standards.

Business-Driven & Data-Informed

  • Leverage data to inform decisions and propose strategic HR solutions.
  • Operate with a business-first mindset, aligning HR initiatives with operational goals.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance employee experience.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a multinational or matrixed environment.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, labor consultancy, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with unionized environments and local labor legislation.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Proficient in English (upper-intermediate or above).
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
