As we prepare to open our first studio in Brazil, we’re looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to play a key role in building the HR foundation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and knows what it takes to establish HR practices from the ground up. You’ll be the go-to HR expert for our local operations in São Paulo—working closely with business stakeholders to build strong teams, implement processes, and ensure compliance across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic HR partner to business stakeholders, guiding the entire employee lifecycle.
Lead HR efforts for the launch and growth of the new Brazil studio, helping to build local HR infrastructure and support operations from day one.
Support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning to meet business needs.
Recruit key talent in partnership with Talent Acquisition, ensuring cultural and role fit for a new market and studio.
Support local payroll processes and contribute to standard compensation and benefits structures and practices.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
Proactively identify and mitigate HR-related risks.
Champion HR initiatives and processes that drive a collaborative, performance-oriented culture.
Resolve complex employee relations issues while advising managers on team dynamics and performance matters.
Track and analyze key HR metrics to inform business and HR decisions.
Prepare and manage contracts, addendums, and other employee documentation.
Organize and maintain accurate personnel records and systems.
Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR projects in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally as an HRBP or in a mid-level HR leadership role.
Experience with payroll and compensation & benefits in a local HR role.
Background in hospitality, F&B, or factory/plant environments is a strong plus.
Deep understanding of local labor legislation and best HR practices.
Experience across multiple HR disciplines including recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with all levels of the organization.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to drive change and influence business outcomes.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
