Qualificações

Description

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to management and staff, aligning HR strategies and policy with the organisation’s overall business goals. This role involves collaborating with business leaders to drive organisational effectiveness, improve employee engagement, and manage change effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Planning:

  • Partner with Functional Area leaders to understand the service levels, deliverables and people-related needs within their area.
  • Provide insights & recommendations on employee management and organisational development.

Employee Relations & Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain workplace standards by implementing HR policies that support a compliant, safe, and productive work environment.
  • Develop and manage HR operational initiatives that reinforce organizational values and ensure alignment with business goals, including policy updates and process improvements.
  • Conduct skills gap analyses and collaborate with department heads to align workforce capabilities with operational requirements.
  • Support performance management, including calibration sessions, documentation compliance, and process audits to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.

Change Management:

  • Support organisational change initiatives by providing guidance and support to management & employees.
  • Facilitate effective communication and manage resistance to change.
  • Assist functional areas with managing the transition of workforce from pre-tournament planning to tournament-time operations

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Advise on risk management and mitigation strategies related to HR issues.

Data and Analytics:

  • Use HR metrics and data to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and trends to leadership.

HR Programs and Initiatives:

  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Drive engagement in and compliance with HR programs, policies, and procedures.

Coaching and Development:

  • Provide coaching and support to managers and leaders on HR-related issues and leadership development.
  • Promote best practices in people management and organizational development.
YOUR PROFILE

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
  • Experienced working in the international sports/events industry

Skills:

  • Fluent in Portuguese & English
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of HR operations.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, preferably SAP.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
