A leading retail company in Brazil is seeking an HR Assistant to support Associates with various HR services. This role involves assisting with onboarding, payroll management, and providing customer service in a confidential environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in human resources and customer service. This position offers the opportunity to engage in DEI initiatives and support internal communication efforts.
The HR Assistant is the first point of contact for on-site Associate support in BR Operations organization. They provide friendly and welcoming support to our Associates regarding a broad range of benefits, policy, payroll, time & attendance and other topics while maintaining an appropriate level of confidentiality. They lead or participate in engagement and internal communications actions, support frontline leaders and engage with other supporting functions to deliver a delightful Associate experience.
