Job Description

This person will support various daily HR operations and administrative processes, including:

  • Assisting with the entire CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) process.
  • Managing tasks related to employee termination, such as coordinating the return of IT equipment.
  • Supporting the administration of complementary benefits for employees.
  • Overseeing and maintaining documentation for new hires.
  • Enrolling new employees in health and life insurance programs, as well as occupational medicine services.
  • Scheduling medical exams for new hires, including updates and periodic health check-ups.
  • Informing employees about additional benefits they are eligible for, such as expiring vacation days, childcare allowances, Gympass memberships and other perks.
  • Updating employee records to reflect changes in employment status.
  • Maintaining organizational documents and ensuring accurate records.
  • Handling employee inquiries and providing timely responses.
  • Preparing and sharing birthday announcements for employees each month.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • 2-3 years of experience in the HR process
  • Proficiency in the MS Windows Office package;
  • Initiative, organization, and good communication;
  • Excellent sense of urgency and proactiveness
  • Availability to work from our Sao Paulo office

Education:

University Degree in Human Resources, Administration and/or related areas;
