A leading company in industrial manufacturing is seeking an HR generalist to manage various HR routines and support team projects. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and be fluent in English. The role includes managing payroll, benefits, and onboarding processes, while also acting as a liaison for HR teams across the Americas.

Qualificações

• Experience as an HR generalist or in HR operations is required.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must.
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment is welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Running HR routines like payroll, benefits, attendance, and onboarding
• Managing HR system transactions (Workday, Gupy)
• Acting as a point of contact for our HR teams in the Americas and globally
• Supporting reports, audits, and HR process improvements
• Partnering in projects related to talent development and employee experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
• Specialization in People Management is a plus
• Experience in HR generalist or HR operations roles
• Solid knowledge of core HR processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proactive attitude and ownership
• Fluent English(written and spoken) – this is a must
• Excel skills and experience with Workday (or similar) are a plus
• Previous experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment is welcome
