The Opportunity
Adobe’s Digital Experience solutions help businesses in Brazil tell their stories, engage customers, and drive measurable outcomes. As Manager, Enterprise Sales Brazil, you’ll lead Adobe’s strategy for some of the country’s largest and most influential enterprises, spanning industries such as retail, healthcare, education, telco, and manufacturing.

In this role, you’ll be both a mentor and a coach, inspiring your team to exceed their goals while working closely with customers to deliver world-class solutions. With Brazil as a rapidly growing market for Adobe’s Experience Cloud suite, this is a unique opportunity to build a legacy in a region with untapped potential.

What You’ll Do
• Drive Exceptional Customer Experiences: Ensure our customers are successful and see measurable value from Adobe’s solutions.
• Develop Winning Strategies: Build a roadmap for long-term growth in Brazil, adapting Adobe’s approach to the unique needs of the region.
• Build a High-Performance Team: Foster a culture of growth and excellence by mentoring team members and creating clear development plans to support their careers at Adobe.
• Collaborate Across the Ecosystem: Align with the extended team, partners, and local resources to ensure seamless delivery of customer and business goals.
• Expand relationships with executive collaborators, including CMOs, CIOs, and CTOs, in key industries to grow Adobe's presence in Brazil.
• Lead with empathy, precision, and creativity, setting a high standard for leadership and collaboration in your field.
• Deliver Consistent Results: Oversee and ensure predictable performance, operational excellence, tracking accurately forecasts across all team.

What You Need to Succeed
• Proven Leadership: 7–10+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams, consistently exceeding targets.
• SaaS Expertise: A track record of success selling complex SaaS solutions, ideally in digital marketing, customer experience, or related fields.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Brazil’s business landscape, including how to navigate long-term enterprise sales cycles across key verticals.
• Executive Engagement: Ability to build and nurture relationships with senior executives in marketing, IT, and creative fields.
• Visionary Leadership: Empathy, high EQ, and a clear plan for building and inspiring successful teams.
• Cultural Fluency: English fluency is required for collaborating with global teams.
• Collaborative Spirit: Thrive in cross-functional environments, working with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams to achieve shared goals.
• Energy and Passion: Bring a positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to inspire those around you.
