Position: Head of Revenue Operations Brazil
This role is based in Curitiba and reports to the Vice President of Revenue Operations.
Job Description
- Be a trusted advisor to the Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership teams, driving strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the business operations of Sales and Customer Operations for Brazil, Chile, and Peru markets.
- Act as the main contact for Business and Operations Local Managers, responding to their needs, sharing insights, and making recommendations.
- Apply logical thinking to draw conclusions and defend your recommendations.
- Coordinate, empower, and engage teams of Experts, Specialists, and Analysts.
- Focus on strategic development, building a team that delivers value, insights, and a world-class customer experience.
- Create a culture of collaboration and goal achievement.
- Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of business KPIs.
- Evaluate performance using key metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
- Ensure workforce planning aligns with local priorities.
- Develop and embed process improvements and successful change projects.
- Analyze local processes, identify best practices, and develop tailored solutions.
- Build, monitor, and optimize internal processes and tools.
- Participate in strategic projects to maximize business impact.
- Collaborate with other department heads to support company growth and development.
- Coordinate with local teams on global process implementation.
- Ensure quality and consistency in alignment with the global team.
Qualifications
- Experience thriving in a matrixed environment, creating buy-in across revenue functions.
- Proven track record partnering with marketing, sales, finance, and customer success leadership.
- Highly quantitative with excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems with data.
- Extensive sales/customer/business operations or revenue operations experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Strong experience with enterprise CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Responsible, autonomous, and well-organized.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience leading complex operations teams.
- Strategic, customer-focused, with a good understanding of performance metrics.
- Knowledge of reporting and budgeting procedures.
- Motivational and effective communicator at all levels.
- Project management skills from conception to completion.
- Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
