Head of Project Management

What you can expect
The Head of Project Management contributes to the highest realization performance by providing all needed resources in the right capability and availability, driving effective usage, and continuously developing them to ensure efficient execution of business processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective provision of resources to guarantee efficient process execution.
- Continuously improve the capabilities of all resources, ensuring employees are trained and qualified.
- Support process execution by supervising the correct application of procedures and optimizing them.
- Coordinate with creation teams to obtain necessary resources (tools, software, etc.) timely.
- Develop employees professionally.
- Maintain and optimize infrastructure and equipment.
- Keep relevant documentation and systems up to date.
- Optimize resource utilization in collaboration with Business Execution and global entities.
- Communicate regularly with employees about ROSEN topics such as business status, strategy, etc.
- Measure department performance using Resourcing KPIs aligned with Group definitions.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and proper use of IT systems.
- Promote standards and procedures (e.g., 5S) and support business-specific standards.
- Support health, safety, and security of resources.
- Foster an employee-oriented culture emphasizing quality, improvement, and retention.
- Align resources with ROSEN brand attributes.
- Collaborate on resource planning for new business lines.
- Ensure compliance with conduct codes and regulations.
- Achieve targets efficiently and effectively.
- Support HR initiatives and proactive talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in Project Management within an international company.
- Ability to manage multicultural teams.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical affinity.
- Excellent communication skills, experience with senior leadership and employee representatives.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
