Qualificações

• Strong cloud and on-premise infrastructure experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Cloud certifications preferred (e.g., AWS/Azure).
• Experience in a global matrix organization.
• Familiar with agile methodologies and PM tools.
• Willingness to travel across LATAM (up to 15%).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic leader to head our Professional Services team in LATAM, focused on our Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) portfolio. This role requires a strong technical foundation to support complex client engagements across cloud and on-premise environments, as well as proven leadership capabilities to coach and develop a high-performing team of consultants.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Professional Services consultants across LATAM.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive performance management, career development, and skills enhancement initiatives.

Client Engagement & Delivery

• Oversee the successful delivery of FCC projects, ensuring high client satisfaction and adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
• Act as a senior technical advisor in client discussions, particularly around cloud architecture, on-premise deployments, integrations, and scalability.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, and proposal development.

Technical Expertise

• Maintain deep knowledge of FCC solutions, including AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening.
• Provide hands‑on guidance and troubleshooting for complex technical implementations.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in cloud and compliance.

Operational Excellence

• Define and implement best practices, methodologies, and standards for Professional Services delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Support) to ensure alignment and client success.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain capacity planning forecasts to ensure resource availability, optimize team utilization, and support scalable growth across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical background in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on‑premise infrastructure.

• Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect).
