We are looking for a Head of Product Marketing to lead our expanding product marketing team and shape how the world perceives n8n. You will bring structure, strategic vision, and leadership to a team of three Product Marketing Managers (and growing). Your responsibilities include defining product launches, communication strategies, and scaling our story across technical users, enterprise buyers, and the broader automation ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Managing product launches, user research, and adoption programs
  • Growing and managing a high-performing marketing team
  • Creating structure and leveraging potential within product marketing

In the first 3 months, you will:

  • Launch initial positioning experiments and test messaging
  • Update website messaging for impact
  • Develop a clear product marketing roadmap

By 6 months, you will:

  • Enhance team productivity and workflows
  • Lead major messaging and category initiatives
  • Collaborate on brand and go-to-market campaigns

By 12 months, you will:

  • Establish a repeatable product launch process
  • Scale the marketing team across various domains
  • Position n8n as a market leader in automation and AI
  • Increase industry visibility through analyst relations and thought leadership

Requirements include:

  • 5–7+ years in product marketing, DevRel, or technical marketing leadership
  • 3–5+ years working with technical audiences in B2B SaaS (> $10M ARR)
  • Experience managing a marketing team in a hypergrowth environment
  • Hands-on with product-led and enterprise go-to-market models
  • Strong technical fluency (APIs, webhooks, scripting)
  • Proven success in launching technical products
  • Experience building and scaling product marketing organizations
  • Excellent storytelling skills
  • Strategic thinking with a bias for action
  • Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Based in Europe or on the East Coast of North America

Bonus points for experience working with Developer Relations, defining new categories, or building brand visibility through analyst relations and community content.
