Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a customer/partner-facing role, including operations, deployment, and activation of the market ecosystem.
  • 2 years of experience in Latin America channel business, delivering against quota in a Partner Business role.
  • Experience in data analysis and business forecasting using spreadsheets.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S.
  • Certification in Agile/Scrum or related project management.
  • Experience in delivering business growth through outsourced vendor operations.
  • Experience building and training Machine Learning models in a business environment.

In this role, you will drive business growth across the Latin America partner ecosystem, designing and deploying outbound campaigns to generate pipeline and revenue. You will act as the primary business partner to North America Partner Business leadership, aligning strategies and executing programs in the market.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a General Manager for a portfolio of Latin America program-managed partners, supporting business growth and implementation.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for transformation and scaling within the LATAM segment, representing the Partner Strategy and Programs organization to local leadership.
  • Drive partner-led growth through portfolio analysis and outbound activation campaigns via our outsourced Partner Advisor team.
  • Implement partner enablement programs to accelerate technical, business, and market readiness within LATAM.
  • Lead cross-functional projects with central teams to improve partner experience, representing LATAM partners' interests.
