About Us

We are a successful niche pet product brand generating $3M in annual revenue, with a dedicated team of 4-6 employees. Our products are sold internationally across multiple sales channels, serving pet owners who value quality and innovation. We're seeking a hands-on leader to take full ownership of marketing and operations to drive the next phase of our growth.

Position Overview

We're looking for an entrepreneurial professional who combines strong digital marketing expertise with solid operational management skills. The ideal candidate will treat the business as their own, managing everything from strategic growth initiatives to day-to-day operations, while maintaining our commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and sales channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Lead product development initiatives based on market research and customer feedback.
  • Optimize digital advertising spend and ROI.
  • Create new content and ad creatives.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Manage Amazon Seller Central and other marketplace channels

Operations & Administration

  • Oversee all aspects of daily business operations.
  • Manage international supply chain and inventory logistics.
  • Maintain financial health through budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Oversee customer support operations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a small but mighty team.
  • Foster a positive company culture.
  • Make strategic hiring decisions.
  • Develop and implement team KPIs and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce or internet marketing
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through digital marketing.
  • Experience managing multi-channel sales (Amazon, direct-to-consumer, retail).
  • Ability to drive sales through email marketing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the pet industry or consumer goods.
  • Background in marketplace optimization (Amazon Seller Central, Chewy, etc.).
  • International business experience.
  • Understanding of supply chain management.
  • Experience with Shopify and Woocommerce
