Your Mission
As Head of Marketing, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for Brazil and LATAM, focused on content, virality, and influencer-led growth
- Be one of the public faces of the brand — we’re looking for someone who can be in the content, not just manage it
- Manage and scale a 4-person team
- Own all things Meta Ads (Instagram + Facebook only)
- Co-own the user onboarding experience with our Product team to improve activation and retention
- Build a scalable creator acquisition loop that fuels growth
- Analyze results, iterate quickly, and prioritize what actually drives performance
- Google Analytics – reading traffic, behavior, and conversion funnels
- Meta Ads Manager – launching and scaling campaigns across IG and FB
- HubSpot or ActiveCampaign – for marketing automation and email sequences
- No-code tools like Notion, Airtable – for tracking, briefs, calendars

You’re Comfortable With:
- Google Analytics – reading traffic, behavior, and conversion funnels

- Canva – designing or directing quick content iterations
- CapCut – editing short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
- HubSpot or ActiveCampaign – for marketing automation and email sequences
- No-code tools like Notion, Airtable – for tracking, briefs, calendars
Must-Have (Non-Negotiable) You
have at least 100,000 followers on any social platform.
We need someone who lives virality — not just studies it.
Whether it’s TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Twitter/X, you’ve built an audience from scratch and know what makes people watch, share, and care.
