Are you someone who can make a significant impact on Amazon's ability to drive business growth? Are you comfortable analyzing business and technical metrics to identify opportunities for development with our partners? If so, this position is for you.

We are seeking a Technical Business Development Manager to strengthen our relationships with integrators in LatAm (e.g., ERPs, Marketplace Hubs). You will be responsible for building partnerships, monitoring and developing key business metrics, and supporting all commercial and technical initiatives to grow the 3P business in Brazil.

The Head of Integration must balance Amazon's objectives with the needs of integrators and sellers to ensure sustainable development with our partners. This role requires negotiation, task management skills, and technical knowledge to discuss systems architecture, IT projects, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage business relationships with integrators.
  2. Oversee the technical development of Amazon features through partners.
  3. Manage the product development roadmap, address roadblocks, and report to stakeholders.
  4. Maintain a stable and secure technical environment.
  5. Structure and monitor all initiatives with integrators and technical teams.
  6. Communicate key issues with internal and external teams and work on solutions.
  7. Understand seller experience and technical integrations.
  8. Develop, negotiate, and execute business agreements.
  9. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, build processes, and manage release schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology, or related field.
  • Experience influencing leadership decisions and managing programs across teams.
  • Ability to interpret data and make business recommendations.
  • Experience negotiating legal agreements and leading technology transformation initiatives.
