1. Direct and control finance staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and developed to meet the company's objectives.
2. Contribute to the development of the company's strategic goals and objectives.
3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
4. Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues.
5. Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management.
6. Liaise with auditors to ensure annual audits are carried out effectively.
7. Assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and company's long-term strategy.
8. Develop and implement robust financial systems and processes.

Perfil desejável

A successful Head of Finance should have:
