Head of Delivery (Remote Latin America)

We're hiringa Head of Delivery to lead client project execution and build ahigh-performing nearshore team across Latin America. This role isideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, lovessolving technical challenges, and has a strong track record ofdelivering cloud-based solutions.

Please notethat this role offers a salary range of $60,000 to $85,000 USDannually, depending on experience.

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled Headof Delivery to manage our projects and build a high-performingnear-shoring team. This is a remote position anywhere in LatinAmerica.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple client projects simultaneously
• Build, develop, and oversee a nearshoring delivery team
• Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed clientexpectations
• Maintain high standards of quality and technicalexcellence
• Drive customer retention and satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integratedsolutions
• Stay current with emerging technologies and AWSservice offerings

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience in cross-platform developmenttechnologies:
• Next.js or other React based frameworks for web applications
• IoT infrastructure and implementation
• Minimum of one AWScertification, preferably at the Professional level
• Proventrack record in AWS consulting and implementation
• Experiencewith CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of cloudsecurity best practices

LanguageRequirements

• Fluency in English
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills in all three languages

Qualifications

• 5+ years ofexperience in technical project management or delivery leadership
• Proven success in building and leading technical teams
• Experience working with Media and Entertainment clientspreferred
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on timeand within budget
• Strong problem-solving skills and abilityto adapt to changing requirements
• Experience in nearshore oroffshore team management
