This position is based in São Paulo and demands fluency in Portuguese, with Spanish being a significant advantage.

Qualificações

Description and Requirements

Lenovo SSG Infrastructure Group Professional Services team is looking for highly motivated individuals to be Solution Architects focused on services that will assist in Pre-Sales activity and drive growth in Latin America. Candidates will be responsible for interacting with different sales areas, helping design solutions according to customer requirements. The role may require up to 50% travel. The ideal candidate should have experience in the IT services business, be able to resolve complex problems, and build appealing solutions for Lenovo Customers.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years experience in IT operations, services, or consulting
• Advanced understanding of Lenovo's Portfolio of Products and solutions
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Public Cloud Services as well as costing models
• Intermediate understanding of Data Center Operations and Co-Location Services
• Fluent in Portuguese
• Fluent in Spanish is desired

Preferred:

• Master’s Degree in an engineering discipline
• At least 10 years of experience in IT operations, services, or consulting
• At least 3 years experience in understanding of Services business model or services leadership

Additional information requirements:

• Excellent teamwork skills
• Strong client-facing verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to excel in a matrix organization
• Strong track record of self-motivated and innovative response to changing business needs
• Strong organization skills to maintain an updated pipeline in Microsoft Dynamics / Sales CRM
• Assignment to São Paulo corporate office with willingness and ability to travel up to 50%

Daily work will include:

• Working directly with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide service/solution recommendations
• Interaction with sales teams to provide service scope, sizing, and proposals
• Leading solution and pricing reviews with leadership and transitioning projects from pre-sales to delivery

Skills needed:

• Excellent understanding of customer needs and sales stakeholders
• Hands-on experience delivering services/support on Hybrid Cloud / AI solutions
• Knowledge of Hybrid Cloud Solution design, architecture, migration, and cost optimization
• Experience with on-prem File and Block Storage (required)
• Experience with ONTAP storage features and migration (desired)
• Knowledge of distributed storage solutions (desired)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in technical solutioning and selling roles (desired)
• Knowledge of business models such as OPEX / CAPEX
• Knowledge of SAP HANA & HPC solutions (a plus)
• Relevant industry certifications (a plus)
• AI solution scoping and understanding, including ML and DL expertise
• Knowledge of Data Science and Data Engineering
• Understanding of AI Security, Governance, and policy
