Job Opportunity: Integration Specialist at UBS

Are you a highly organized and proactive professional with experience in Integration? Do you excel at coordinating multiple priorities, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless operational efficiency? Are you eager to contribute to senior managers' daily activities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment?

We’re looking for an Integration Specialist to:

1. Be responsible for the comprehensive planning and coordination of the Global Wealth Management Brazil integration.
2. Manage all stakeholders, ensuring plan completion and proper documentation for each Integration Pillar.
3. Oversee contractual and Regulatory Readiness (e.g., legal entity transactions), Functional Readiness (e.g., product definitions, tech-related changes like systems and apps), and Organizational Readiness (e.g., non-tech changes like people transition and training).

You will be working under the GWM LatAm structure as part of the Integration team. Our team provides expert project management support for integration projects both locally and across international markets. We strive to deliver outstanding services, build strong stakeholder partnerships, and collaborate effectively across the bank.

Your expertise

• Present updates in executive forums, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with global integration stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure comprehensive coverage of all necessary changes.
• Support local business teams with integration tasks, resolve queries, organize work sessions, and track execution.
• Fluent English and Portuguese are desirable.
• Availability to work in person at the São Paulo office.
