Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Salesforce Customer Solutions Delivery Lead to join our South America Application and Business Platform Transformation team. This role is crucial for driving Salesforce implementations and providing ongoing support across the region. You will collaborate closely with global teams, business process owners, and key users to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of Salesforce implementations in South America, encompassing all project phases.
  • Manage a team of Salesforce administrators and specialists, fostering their growth and development.
  • Optimize Salesforce capabilities to meet Bunge's sales, customer relationship management, and customer solutions objectives.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to standardize processes, governance, and solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery from initiation to deployment, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Partner with Business Technology teams to align solutions and deliverables.
  • Employ Agile and PMI methodologies to structure technology initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships, particularly with Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, gathering input for future enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, including project preparation, go-live, and post-go-live support.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in application delivery, including people management.
  • Proven experience managing medium-complexity projects.
  • Strong understanding of demand management processes and governance.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Professional proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Experience with global and distributed technology teams preferred.
  • SAP SD module, Q2I, GTM experience a plus.
  • Salesforce certifications a plus.
