Location & Remote Work:

Our team operates on a "remote-first" model, allowing you to work from anywhere in Brazil. You may also use our offices in São Paulo and Campinas or partner coworking spaces up to twice a week.

Selection Process:

The process lasts approximately 30-40 days, including:

Responsibilities:

• Develop independent microservices for specific solutions
• Manage the entire lifecycle of your code
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and improve team processes
• Enhance development tools, test coverage, and code structure
• Handle incidents, troubleshoot, debug, and create post-mortems
• Participate in code reviews and documentation
• Innovate to improve software development practices

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript
• Experience designing RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of software monitoring, observability, and performance tools
• Strong fundamentals: version control, testing, deployment automation, code reviews, documentation
• Desire to learn and deliver high-impact, high-quality software
• Fluency in Portuguese and knowledge of English
• Understanding of algorithms and distributed systems

Preferred Skills:

• Experience mentoring other engineers
• Designing scalable software architecture
• Developing mobile client-server applications
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of CI/CD and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Testing and tuning for scalability
• Continuous service evolution mindset
