Location & Remote Work: Our technology team works on a "remote-first" model, allowing remote work anywhere in Brazil, with options for office or coworking spaces in São Paulo and Campinas.

Selection Process: Lasts about 40 days, including application, interviews, technical assessments, and offer.

Seniority Level: Open to candidates of all levels; we value talent and potential over seniority labels.

Role Responsibilities: Building and maintaining mobile interfaces, primarily using Flutter, for iOS and Android platforms. Define best practices, develop features, validate tools, and deliver excellent user experiences. Collaborate across teams from brainstorming to deployment, leveraging diverse skills to create inspiring interfaces.

Projects:

• Migration to Flutter monorepo with best practices;
• Design System implementation in Flutter;
• Development of user-centric apps used by millions;
• Optimization of property search features.

Minimum Requirements:

• Passion for user experience;
• Experience with Android/iOS development (Flutter, React Native, Java, Kotlin, Swift, Objective C);
• Experience with APIs and data-rich products;
• Building consumer-oriented applications;
• Strong fundamentals in Software Engineering;
• Interest in learning Flutter.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with large Flutter applications;
• Testing skills (End to End, Integration);
• Knowledge of React;
• Experience in complex mobile applications and performance optimization;
• Handling high complexity notifications and CRM workflows;
• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems;
• Willingness to learn new programming languages.
