We’re looking for a sharp, ambitious Growth Marketer to join our small but mighty team and help shape the future of hospitality operations.

This is our first full-time marketing hire—and a foundational role. You’ll work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to define and execute our growth strategy from the ground up. You’ll test and scale acquisition channels, optimize conversion funnels, and help us build a brand that customers trust and love.

Hybrid role in Santiago or New York . We make exceptions for remote folks outside those cities if the fit is right.

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute our growth marketing strateg y across channels (organic, email, partnerships, etc.)
• Build and manage conversion funnels —from awareness to onboarding
• Collaborate with product and ops to shape messaging , positioning, and user journeys
• Use data to track performance, uncover insights, and double down on what works
• Help establish our brand voice and early marketing playbook

You’ll Thrive Here If You…

• Have 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or consulting
• Are scrappy , entrepreneurial, and excited to build from zero
• Know how to prioritize ruthlessly and execute quickly
• Are data-driven and comfortable working with metrics, funnels, and dashboards
• Communicate clearly and love collaborating with product and design
• Have a C1 or higher English level

Bonus Points

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or hospitality tech
• Have built growth loops or referral programs from scratch
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
• Design or copywriting chops
• Familiarity with early-stage startup life
