Position: Growth Business Development (BD)

You will play a pivotal role in building partnerships with influential figures and driving business growth in these exciting markets.

Responsibilities

• Formulate business development plans and assist the team in completing introductions, negotiations, cooperation, and signing of business projects
• Contact, negotiate, and close profitable deals with potential KOLs
• Support KOLs and design special campaigns to increase their trading volume
• Build partnerships with key opinion leaders or crypto projects to promote mutual cooperation
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing KOLs/clients

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as a business development manager or relevant role
• Deep understanding of crypto markets is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese is essential
