Qualificações

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical Growth & Acquisition Lead with deep knowledge of programmatic media and marketing analytics. As part of Bipa's team, you will lead customer acquisition and retention.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up deep links (using platforms like AppsFlyer or Branch.io), creating dashboards, and acquiring users for crypto and finance apps.

Main Responsibilities
Programmatic Media
  • Develop, execute, and optimize programmatic media campaigns to drive user acquisition
  • Analyze conversion funnels and user behavior to identify growth strategies and opportunities
  • Manage tracking and attribution systems, ensuring accurate measurement of marketing performance throughout the funnel
  • Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize messaging, targeting, and creative assets for maximum impact
  • Generate campaign performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Deep Links & Reporting
  • Manage deep links using AppsFlyer, Branch.io, or similar platforms to ensure proper attribution of campaigns and channels
  • Collaborate with product, data, and development teams to align growth initiatives and improve marketing team's use of tools like Metabase
  • Create, automate, and maintain marketing dashboards with clear data visualizations to monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and growth trends
Planning and Strategy
  • Develop strategies alongside the team for promotion, utilization, and retention of Bipa services/products
  • Structure strategies for marketing/communication channels
Qualifications
Required
  • 6+ years of experience in Growth, preferably in fintech, crypto, or financial services
  • Proven experience executing and optimizing programmatic media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of attribution models for marketing channels and campaigns, and analytics platforms
  • Hands-on experience setting up and managing deep links using AppsFlyer, Branch.io, or similar tools
  • Advanced skills in building and automating data visualizations (using tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Metabase)
  • High proficiency in data analysis, A/B testing, and interpreting campaign performance metrics
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Preferred Experience
  • Direct experience in marketing for fintechs or cryptocurrency brokerages, with knowledge of the regulatory landscape and user acquisition challenges in these sectors
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle management tools
  • Comfort with SQL or advanced spreadsheet modeling for ad hoc analysis
  • Previous experience managing a team
