As a Grants Specialist, you will join the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organization, powered by healthcare intelligence.


What you will be doing:

  1. Demonstrate sound judgment in daily decision-making.
  2. Have experience with either clinical site or investigator payments.
  3. Process and review vendor payments.
  4. Possess sufficient working knowledge of systems to train new starters.
  5. Utilize technical skills effectively.
  6. Contribute to the CD&F process.
  7. Excel in priority management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with payments and invoice negotiation with clinical research sites or vendors; experience in CRO or pharma companies is required.
  • Proven ability to use MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; advanced Spanish skills are a plus.
