This is a contractor position, paid in USD.

Responsibilities

1. Design and implement foundational components.
2. Constantly evolve the platform to identify bottlenecks in runtime and development aspects and improve them.
3. Collaborate with multiple product and engineering teams.
4. Work with Product, UX, and Design to build world-class APIs.
5. Write quality code and documentation as examples for your company.
6. Help build consensus by being open to various viewpoints and bridge gaps in case of disagreements.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of development experience in Golang as your main programming language.
2. Strong understanding of core computer science concepts.
3. Experience building large-scale distributed systems capable of handling high load.
4. Experience analyzing production features using analytics and metrics.
5. Efficient collaboration on projects.
6. Experience writing API specifications and implementing them.
7. Experience building platforms used by other engineers.
8. Full professional proficiency in English.
