A leading mobile game developer is seeking a Global Workforce Planning Sr Analyst to drive data-informed workforce decisions. This role includes responsibilities such as headcount planning, people cost modeling, and reporting across global operations, requiring strong analytical skills and effective communication. We're looking for a talented and passionate Global Workforce Planning Sr Analyst to join Wildlife's team. You will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed workforce decisions and ensuring accurate headcount planning, people cost modeling, and reporting for our global operations. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining dashboards, analyzing workforce trends, and partnering with key stakeholders to optimize our workforce strategy.
You’ll work closely with HR, Finance, and other teams to improve, review, and implement processes related to workforce planning, reporting, and data accuracy.
