What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Design, document, and administer scalable sales compensation frameworks aligned with the employer\'s strategic goals
  • Own the end-to-end commission process, including calculations, validation, reporting, and dispute management
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and RevOps on plan design and forecasting compensation costs
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes with tech-enabled solutions
  • Maintain governance over compensation plans ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Experience in sales compensation, incentive design, or sales operations in high-growth SaaS or enterprise environments
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Proven track record in building commission frameworks that balance motivation with financial discipline
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive mindset, capable of both strategic design and detailed execution of payouts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bonus: experience with SOX, compliance, or IPO readiness in a Finance or Revenue Accounting setting
