About the Role:

The Global People Solutions Jr Analyst will provide Workday and other global HR system support at a global level.

The key responsibilities include:

• Create documentation and standards for system knowledge;
• Act as a global functional expert for the HR data platform (Workday);
• Provide support to regional and local teams to answer technical and processes questions on global HR systems;
• Collaborate in the global standardization of ways of doing things;
• Assist with data analysis, report creation, dashboard developments;
• Audit Support;
• Continuous improvements to the customers and process review.
