The Team
Part of a Global Centralized HR Support Center within the Global People Services (GPS) Team, the HR Coordinator/Advisor provides HR administrative support for global HR, employees, and managers. Responsibilities include processing HR transactions, interacting with employees and managers, training on policies, onboarding, processing terminations, preparing documents, and benefits administration. The environment is fast-paced, with a heavy workload, changing priorities, and confidential work. Support shifts cover core business hours for the region.
