Qualificações

The Team

Part of a Global Centralized HR Support Center within the Global People Services (GPS) Team, the HR Coordinator/Advisor provides HR administrative support for global HR, employees, and managers. Responsibilities include processing HR transactions, interacting with employees and managers, training on policies, onboarding, processing terminations, preparing documents, and benefits administration. The environment is fast-paced, with a heavy workload, changing priorities, and confidential work. Support shifts cover core business hours for the region.

The Role

Process HR transactions via ticketing system (ServiceNow), ensuring accuracy and compliance. Tasks include:

  • Responding to HR inquiries from employees and managers
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Handling promotion, transfer, and change of status documentation
  • Processing termination paperwork and conducting exit interviews
  • Assisting with employee and organizational needs follow-up
  • Preparing HR reports
  • Supporting HR projects from planning to implementation

What You'll Bring

  • Over 2 years of HR support experience, preferably supporting multiple countries
  • Experience with onboarding, offboarding, benefits in LATAM and/or US
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to research and present data clearly
  • Experience with Oracle, ServiceNow, or similar systems (preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, independent work skills
  • Prioritization, deadline management, multitasking skills
  • Quick learner and team-sharing mindset
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
