What you'll do:

For our Manufacturing IT PMO & Change Management CoE, we are looking for an open-minded, driven, and initiative-taking Manufacturing Domain Architect and Change Management Lead enthusiastic about all aspects of digital transformation in manufacturing. In this role you’ll be responsible for the overall standards and direction of manufacturing architecture in the specific domain and coordinate with others across domains and with the manufacturing solutions architects and technical architects.

  1. Understand both enterprise and domain strategies, and articulate their implication to the business capabilities, technology capabilities, and overall technology landscape for specific domain
  2. Set architectural principles and standards for domain in alignment with enterprise guidance
  3. Provide perspectives on how industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices can apply to the targeted solutions, leveraging guidance and expertise from the broader enterprise architecture group as applicable
  4. Contribute to the development of proof of concepts or prototypes
  5. Develop domain specific technology / architecture roadmaps based on specific needs
  6. Provide overall guidance / direction and collaborate in development of any needed domain-specific architecture models across business capabilities and technology capabilities
  7. Conduct analysis to determine best path/ opportunities for solving domain problems that may include process improvements, system enhancements, etc.
  8. Evaluate cost and business benefit of proposed changes/enhancements to the domain architecture landscape
  9. Design and implement change management strategies to be used across manufacturing IT projects: Develop plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance
  10. Work closely with project managers and stakeholders: Ensure that changes are implemented smoothly, and deadlines are met
  11. Support project leads around assessing change readiness and identify key stakeholders: Evaluate the organization's readiness for change and identify the key stakeholders involved
  12. Develop and deliver training programs: Create and deliver training programs related to change management to ensure that employees are well-prepared for the change.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Who you are:

  1. University Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering or Computer Sciences
  2. Large experience in project and program management in manufacturing
  3. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and leading cross-functional teams
  4. Understanding and addressing the concerns of stakeholders by actively listening to their feedback and suggestions
  5. Analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and making data-driven decisions
  6. Proven track record for driving digital change management in complex manufacturing environments.
  7. Strong ability to influence stakeholders across organizational boundaries and regions
  8. Great communication and collaborations skills within a multi-cultural setting
  9. Extensive experience with enterprise architecture and change management.
  10. Fluent English

Where you'll be:

You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office. Located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electrolux’s support teams.
