MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE LTD is seeking a Global Facilities Senior Program Manager to drive multi‑functional programs across the global facilities network. You will partner with PMO, IT, site facilities, and system owners to standardize reports and scalable processes while guiding governance and portfolio health.

You will define enterprise performance management practices, publish dashboards for senior leadership, and own facilities platforms with disciplined lifecycle governance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years facilities/semiconductor industry engineering experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams on complex projects.
  • Experience with PMO governance, metrics, and dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross‑functional program and portfolio execution with Global and Site Facilities, PMO, IT and stakeholders.
  • Establish and enforce PMO governance across projects and roadmaps.
  • Define and sustain enterprise performance management via dashboards/reports for leadership visibility.
  • Drive accountability through milestone tracking, risk/issue management, and status reporting.
  • Own Global Facilities platforms and solutions (SharePoint, EDC, SQL, Teams, web interfaces) with governance and adoption support.

Description

As a Global Facilities Senior Program Manager, you will work closely with all the major functional organizations within Global Facilities, & with the world-wide site Facilities, FE Strategic Program (FE PMO) team and other major corporate organizations to drive systems projects/programs from initiation to completion. These projects/programs are critical to the success of Facilities and the overall network.

  • Lead and orchestrate cross‑functional program and portfolio execution by partnering with Global and Site Facilities, PMO, IT, system owners, and developers to design, standardize, and deploy global reports, enterprise programs, and scalable business processes for a geographically distributed, multicultural organization.

  • Establish and enforce PMO governance frameworks across projects, programs, and portfolios, including prioritization, intake, roadmap planning, dependency management, and change control—while continuously re‑aligning execution priorities to evolving business needs and strategic direction.

  • Define, implement, and sustain enterprise performance management practices by partnering with metrics owners and systems teams to design, publish, and govern routine and ad‑hoc dashboards and reports that enable leadership visibility, data‑driven decision‑making, and portfolio health monitoring.

  • Drive accountability and continuous improvement through structured communication, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, executive‑ready status reporting, and disciplined use of metrics to measure outcomes, identify gaps, and ensure delivery against commitments.

  • Serve as the accountable owner for Global Facilities platforms and solutions (e.g., SharePoint, EDC, SQL servers, Microsoft Teams groups, web interfaces), ensuring disciplined system governance, lifecycle management, standardized operating models, and effective adoption through clear administrative controls and professional advisory support.

AI Responsibilities:
  • Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.

  • Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.

Qualifications

The successful candidate for this position will have:

  • Excellent skills for leading or facilitating multi-organizational teams to success on complex multidimensional projects/programs

  • Excellent communication skills to build teams comprised of key skills, to drive progress to plan and to get management support and buy-in for complex projects/programs

  • Strong teammate to effectively collaborate with multi-functional organizations and proven track record, interpersonal, and customer service skill to comfortably work across boundaries and geographies.

  • Professional, organized, meticulous, strong analytical, problem‑solving, and facilitation skills. Able to independently complete tasks and adapt to constantly evolving environment.

  • 5 or more years of Facilities Semiconductor industry engineering experience will be preferred

  • Project/Program management experiences are preferable

  • Skilled in the creation and management of projects/programs (Power BI, Tableau reports, SharePoint Online, etc) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project, Power Automate, PowerApps).

  • Working knowledge and drive quality programs such as MOC, FMEA, Calibration, GDMS, Error-Proofing, etc

AI Requirements:
  • Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent

  • Travel Required : Yes – Domestic and International travel as required by business needs
