Global Director, Sales Compensation Design and Strategy

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Compensation Plan Design: Develop, design, and implement effective sales compensation plan frameworks that support company objectives and local practices. Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders in HR, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Systems to ensure targeted, cost-effective plans.
  2. Market Competitive Positioning: Participate in compensation surveys and utilize market and peer group benchmarking to analyze the company's competitive position.
  3. Influence Decisions: Provide expertise, ongoing consultation, influence decision-making, and resolve critical issues.
  4. Plan Effectiveness and Analytics: Evaluate plan effectiveness through analytics and feedback sessions to ensure alignment with business results and company objectives.
  5. Plan Policies, Processes, and Controls: Develop and reinforce best practices, provide guidance, advice, analysis, and training to HR departments for proper interpretation and application of compensation policies.
  6. Reward Programs: Design, implement, and govern reward programs as applicable.
  7. Plan Communications: Develop and deliver comprehensive sales compensation training and communication via various channels including calls, webcasts, portals, and documentation.
