Global Development Lead - Reciprocating Service Business
Location: Brazil – São Paulo / Jundiaí
Remote vs. Office: Remote only
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for owning the efforts to win back reciprocating clients or units in the service area. You will develop and execute strategies to drive the growth of our reciprocating win back business, identify growth opportunities, and increase the competitiveness of our reciprocating offerings. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and implement strategies to win back reciprocating clients or units in the service area (incl. Spare Parts, Repairs, Field Service and M&U)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find opportunities for reciprocating win back business growth and develop plans to capitalize on them
- Work with regional organizations to build and implement go-to-market strategies for reciprocating win back solutions.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Introduce technological breakthroughs that bring overall value in reliability, availability and maintainability, like monitoring systems, field virtual reality, control and lubrication solutions.
- Monitor and analyze market and competitor activity to find opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in business development and sales.
- Strong understanding of reciprocating compressors and its applications in the compression business.
- Proven record of developing and driving successful growth strategies.
- Excellent social skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
