Job Description

Main Responsibilities

As LDC continues to grow, to standardize operating processes and modernize its systems—from front to back—by implementing a proprietary CTRM integrated with SAP S4 HANA as the main back-office system, we are seeking a Global Business Process Owner for the End-to-End Request to Pay processes.

Starting from the existing core model framework, the GPO R2P is responsible for designing, implementing, owning, and improving the end-to-end R2P process across functional areas, geographies, and business boundaries, as part of the SBS organization. The GPO will work closely with key stakeholders across corporate functions (Industry, Procurement, Finance) and within SBS (Master Data, Continuous Improvement, Service Operations across centers).

The role aims to drive the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of the entire value chain (including master data, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice capture, processing, settlement, and resolution) to provide services to approximately 260 industrial plants worldwide.

The GPO R2P ensures alignment with business goals, manages risks, and leads process transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Process design and implementation: translating strategies and policies into global processes and leading transformation initiatives.
  • Performance management: defining KPIs and targets in collaboration with functions to measure process performance.
  • Governance: overseeing the end-to-end process (As-Is, To-Be, and variations), ensuring design decisions align with objectives and strategies.
  • Leadership: leading a team of process owners responsible for design, implementation, and optimization of the global R2P process, influencing the organization through mentoring and change management.
  • Stakeholder management: engaging stakeholders and identifying continuous improvement opportunities aligned with their challenges and priorities.
  • Problem solving: working with other functions (Accounting, Procurement, Finance, Platforms) to proactively manage and resolve operational issues efficiently and innovatively.
  • Business relationship and change management: partnering with heads of Procurement, Accounting, and Industry to improve service levels.
  • Technology enablement: collaborating with IT and other functions to propose solutions and business cases for budget prioritization.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Business R2P, including at least 2 years in project management within a global enterprise environment.
