AB InBev Growth Group is seeking a Global Specialist for 3P Invoicing to centralize and standardize invoicing processes across partner networks. You will monitor revenue recognition, resolve issues, and work with the GCC team to ensure accurate financial reporting for BEES partners globally.

The role requires a strong background in invoicing workflows, financial controls, and multilingual communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, revenue operations, finance operations, or partner management.
• Proficient in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• Experience with end‑to‑end invoicing processes, including triggering, tracking, and issue resolution.

Responsabilités

• Trigger invoicing process monthly or per partner frequency.
• Ensure revenue recognition per ARM guidelines.
• Escalate blockers and delays in revenue recognition.
• Coordinate with GCC team on signed BEES Global partners.
• Provide quarterly view of ICO charges for Ambev entities.

About this opportunity:

For the Global Specialis t, 3P Invoicing role , the main responsibilities will include:

Goal of the role

• Guardian of 3Prevenue under BEES Monetization environment.
• Centralization and standardization of the invoicing process.
• Providing visibility of the invoicing status by partner and by country.
• Highlighting gaps and delays on 3P revenue recognition

What you will do:

• Triggering invoicing process onmonthlybasis (or according to thepartnersfrequency).
• Ensure revenue recognition (provision or invoicing accounting, according to ARM).
• Escalating blockers, delays, and issues for revenue recognition.
• Operationalize, with GCC team, all partners signed with BEES Global AG.
• Provide view, on a quarterly basis, of the ICO charges (Ambev entities, etc.).
• Trigger Club B 3P global accounting not to have phasing vs local accounting

We are looking for people with:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in a commercial, revenue operations, finance operations, or partner management role.
• Proficient in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• Experience with end‑to‑end invoicing processes, including triggering, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Ability to reconcile and monitor commercial vs. financial views of revenue.
• Comfortable working in standardized and centralized operating models while supporting local nuances by country or partner
