Qualificações

Project Management Office Lead

Job Summary/Goals

The PDS Project Management Office Lead will be responsible for the account’s success in driving operational excellence through continuous process improvement and compliance, oversight of project management delivery support and cost consultancy, and the creation and management of account reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Growth
  • Responsible for the vision, strategy, and plan to achieve year over year growth, working collaboratively to implement across the Globe.
  • Accountable for:
    • Develop and implementing process improvements/changes and standardizing regional project delivery through close collaboration with the Project Delivery teams
    • Targeted engagement with on & off account experts against existing processes and programs to enhance project delivery.
    • Driving project compliance and continuous improvements across the Project Delivery platform
    • Driving performance excellence within JLL vendor base (GC, A&E, Furniture) through close collaboration with the Project Delivery, Supply Chain, and Vendor Management functions.
Client
  • Responsible for oversight and leadership in driving operational excellence in project management, project support, cost consultancy, technology, and reporting
  • Accountable for:
    • Alignment and prioritization with the client on continuous improvement opportunities and timing.
    • Provide support to Project Delivery throughout the life cycle of the project.
    • Ensure Project Delivery team is meeting all process, procedural, and reporting requirements and timing.
    • Develop standard, and ad-hoc, reporting to support the client’s objectives.
People
  • Responsible for inspiring and leading a mix of direct and matrix reports.
  • Accountable for a culture of collaboration and teamwork locally, regionally, and nationally within the Project Delivery teams.
  • Responsible for driving diversity & inclusion within the team
  • Lead, support, and advocate for PDS talent across the account in areas of training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising and rewarding performance.
  • Support talent acquisition and retention strategies in collaboration with PDS Market Leads, RPD and account regional teams to support PM growth and success on the account.

Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in large scale enterprise operations and delivery of services within Construction, Project Management, or Real Estate
  • 10+ years of experience developing and cultivating business relationships
  • Industrial project experience beneficial, but not required
  • Must be a US citizen and may require obtaining government clearances
  • Demonstrated success influencing large project teams to exceed client expectations
  • Previous success applying disciplined project and/or program management processes (Six Sigma, LEAN or PMI experience a plus).
  • Established JLL network across both Corporate Solutions and Markets PDS
Estimated compensation

Estimated compensation for this position: 182,000.00 – 264,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
