A100 Row Serviços de Dados BRA is looking for a motivated, technically skilled individual to provide remote support for non-core Data Center operations, including Edge, Outpost, and Local Zones. This role demands advanced technical skills, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and efficiency in ensuring seamless operations.

About You:
  • You are autonomous, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
  • You proactively approach challenges and can navigate complex technical environments.
  • You have experience supervising colocation operators for infrastructure maintenance.
  • You are proficient in first-level troubleshooting for facility and rack-level events.
  • You can build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams.
  • You have hands-on technical experience and can efficiently diagnose and resolve issues.
  • You are capable of working with global teams, understanding diverse cultural perspectives.
  • You understand support concepts like ticketing systems, root cause analysis, and task prioritization.
Key job responsibilities

As a GFOCC Tech, you will monitor and service non-core Data Center infrastructure remotely, ensuring operational excellence and implementing improvements.

A day in the life
  • Remote troubleshooting of network and compute infrastructure.
  • Triaging and repairing server and network hardware with on-ground support.
  • Providing 24x7 on-call support for critical issues.
  • Coordinating with remote hands & eyes for infrastructure issues.
  • Participating in small improvement projects.
  • Building relationships with remote facilities for swift response.
  • Supporting site scaling projects and vendor guidance.
