• Experience: Previous, intermediate-to-advanced experience in air cargo procedures, logistics, and cold chain management.
• Knowledge: Expertise in IATA Perishable Cargo Regulations (PCR).
• Skills: Strong problem-solving, rapid decision-making under pressure, and proficiency in logistics software
• Strong Time Critical Decision Making: Ability to respond rapidly to operational deviations where minutes can affect product quality or shelf life.
• Knowledge of Terminal & Carrier SOPs: Understanding of airline and terminal procedures specifically designed for perishable cargo operations.
