We are seeking a collaborative, hands-on, and resilient leader to join our team as Gestor Comercial. The position is based in Ceará and involves managing the commercial teams for the direct and indirect pharmacy channels in Ceará and other northeastern states such as Maranhão and Piauí.

In this role, you will lead the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and monitor market performance to maximize results and meet targets. If you possess analytical skills, leadership qualities, and are motivated to drive growth and efficiency, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Manage sales and commercial professionals;
  • Set quarterly goals per product;
  • Implement and measure product placement in stores;
  • Analyze product portfolios for order fulfillment and invoicing;
  • Manage and properly allocate the budget for clients;
  • Achieve monthly sales targets;
  • Oversee sales of our entire portfolio;
  • Manage client credit to ensure timely payments.
Requirements
  • Complete higher education;
  • Experience in team management;
  • Experience in sales (pharmaceutical channel);
  • Active driver's license category B;
  • Advanced knowledge of Office or G-Suite for data presentation;
  • Availability to travel.
Preferred
  • Experience in consumer goods industry (mass-market retail products).
