Responsibilities
- Interact with clients during negotiations, communications, and service innovations, ensuring the maintenance of quality systems, audits, and document control as required by applicable legislation in the unit.
- Plan the annual budget for the unit, ensuring the achievement of established metrics and developing continuous improvement actions.
- Manage costs, interpret data, and control expenses. Manage results by identifying key factors affecting the unit's financial performance.
- Ensure contractual clauses are met, aiming to achieve goals and budgets aligned with organizational values and principles.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys, create internal action plans to foster client loyalty, and continuously improve service delivery. Stay updated on client demands, seeking new sales opportunities (cross-selling) and optimizing existing services (up-selling).
