Forte capacidade de liderança, gestão de pessoas e desenvolvimento de equipes multidisciplinares.
Habilidade para atuar de forma estratégica e analítica, sem perder a visão de execução.
Competência em construir relacionamentos de alto nível com clientes estratégicos e stakeholders internos.
Visão de mercado, orientação para resultados e capacidade de tomada de decisão em ambientes complexos.
