Responsibilities
  1. Achieve sales growth and meet targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  2. Design and implement action plans.
  3. Recruitment and team building.
  4. Set objectives and monitor performance.
  5. Manage online sales channels.
  6. Leverage your experience in fashion retail to enrich and refine Grupo Carmen Steffens.
Candidate Profile

Significant experience in fashion retail and a genuine love for new challenges. Ability to build strong relationships with teams, fostering an environment of respect and growth. Skilled in connecting with people, motivating and leading teams. Strategic and analytical mindset with a clear focus on results and sustainable growth.

Compensation

Regime CLT, fixed salary + trust position + progressive commissions. Benefits include VR and VT.
