Qualifications

• Inglês fluente com 10+ anos de experiência profissional.
• 7+ anos em consultoria de TI liderando engajamentos complexos com clientes.
• Experiência em entregar serviços de tecnologia para clientes enterprise nos EUA.
• Experiência em ambientes de consultoria organizados, com entrega ao cliente e gestão de stakeholders executivos.
• Experiência em desenvolvimento de aplicações com entrega Agile/Scrum do ponto de vista de PM.
• Experiência com Azure, .NET e/ou Power Platform.
• Liderar projetos desde a concepção até a entrega, com análise de negócios e equipes distribuídas.
• Diploma em Ciência da Computação ou área relacionada; desejável Big Four ou PMP/CSM.

Mandatory RequirementsFluent in English with 10+ years of professional experience, including 7+ years in IT consulting leading complex, client-facing engagements. Significant experience working within a recognized U.S. or global consulting firm delivering technology consulting services to enterprise clients in the United States. Demonstrated experience in a structured consulting environment with responsibility for client delivery, commercial commitments, executive stakeholder management, and handling multiple concurrent engagements. Proficiency in application development projects, with hands-on Agile/Scrum delivery experience from a PM perspective, including user stories, sprint configuration, velocity tracking, capacity planning, and resource allocation. Experience in delivering projects within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, .NET, and/or Power Platform. Ability to lead projects from inception, including discovery, requirements gathering, solution shaping, planning, and delivery. Strong business analysis skills with experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones and strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Willingness to work hands-on in delivery details and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Desirable RequirementsExperience with a Big Four consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) or another comparable top-tier technology/management consulting organization. Prior software development experience. PMP and/or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certifications. Experience with IT integration work supporting client M&A, including systems consolidation, data migration, and application rationalization.
