Responsibilities include:
- Managing the sales growth of the team, proposing improvement actions to ensure commercial strategy, maximize sales, and ensure customer satisfaction, actively participating in the implementation and management of the store's commercial policy;
- Ensuring daily visual breakage checks of the section using SMART in SAP Fiori, addressing issues related to re-stocking, inventory, AVS, and non-biparture to guarantee product availability;
- Overseeing weekly rotational inventories with products defined by Supply Chain, acting preventively on item unavailability;
- Monitoring product procurement with the Purchasing department to maintain stock availability according to company policy and keep rupture and unproductive stock levels at zero;
- Researching market prices and competitor activities, proposing recommendations to ensure Obramax's competitiveness;
- Developing action plans using the 5W2H methodology to enhance sales opportunities and address seasonal trends;
- Conducting daily team briefings (max 10 minutes) to inform, motivate, and align staff, especially on health and safety topics;
- Managing and motivating the team, providing ongoing development, quarterly feedback, and managing promotions, retention, hiring, onboarding, and dismissals as needed;
- Creating and delivering training for team members, assessing individual and collective development opportunities aligned with the sector's training plan.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales growth and profitability goals, ensuring excellent customer service and active participation in store policy management;
- Ensure daily visual checks and inventory management to maintain product availability;
- Monitor market prices and competitors to keep Obramax competitive;
- Develop and execute strategic action plans;
- Lead briefings and team motivation activities;
- Manage team development, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Complete higher education in Administration, Marketing, or related fields, with an MBA or postgraduate degree in related areas;
- Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, market trends, demand, and competition;
- Experience in commercial management in wholesale and/or retail and team management.
