What will you be doing here?

(Focus on Solution Modeling and Logistics Transformation)
Act as a project manager with a strong role in building strategic solutions for Natura's logistics. This position requires technical and behavioral leadership, with a focus on results delivery, internal mobilization, and the ability to drive change in a challenging and cross-functional organizational environment.
Responsible for leading the implementation of the TMS system in the line haul and last mile stages and managing the center of excellence with a multidisciplinary and specialized team focused on promoting improvements.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Technical Requirements (Hard Skills):

  • Robust and advanced knowledge in logistics with specialization in transportation
  • Analytical capacity to promote analyses and insights for freight efficiency gains
  • Strong knowledge of TMS management and usage with experience in efficiency metrics in the supply chain
  • Mandatory advanced English
  • Experience in building logistics solutions: from diagnosing problems to designing and structuring solutions, with a systemic view and focus on feasibility, simplification, and scalability with financial cases
  • Macro knowledge of systems and integrations
  • Governance of high-complexity projects (planning, execution, schedule, and finance)

  • Results-oriented, assertive, direct, with strong execution capacity
  • Absolute focus on results, disciplined in execution, sense of urgency, and strategic focus on what truly impacts
  • High energy and capacity to act as an agent of transformation, with an active stance in challenging scenarios
