A leading company in the tax sector is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects related to tax products. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, along with a solid background in software development and project management methodologies. The successful candidate will collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects within Thomson Reuter’s Tax product portfolio. This role involves managing multiple teams across different geographies to deliver projects on time and within budget. The PM will manage stakeholders, define project scope, create schedules & resource plans, monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and communicate status to senior management. This individual will also provide leadership to team members by coaching them in their professional development as well as providing mentoring opportunities.
As a Project Manager at Thomson Reuters, you will:
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in software development using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in TAX Project Management in Thomson Reuters solutions (TAX ONE or TAX ONE FOR SAP).
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task effectively while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
